Thoughts Running Wild?

When we find ourselves "losing it" or reverting to traditional parenting strategies, it is often because we are getting in our heads and experiencing thoughts that are causing us distress, frustration, resentment and anger.

To feel more calm and empowered, we need to get control of the thoughts not serving us. To do this, identify the unhelpful thought you are having and replace it with one of these parenting affirmations.
