    Honestly, I know for me prayer, meditation, writing a gratitude lists helps my mind. Along with that yoga, and doing cardio. Now when my child yells at me or misbehaves, I will honestly before I yell think about god and how to remember that he is a child and getting super mad never helps. I DO NOT do this perfectly.

      If we were perfect we wouldn’t be human. 🙂 Great tips Rachel! I’ve tried gratitude lists before too. I found for me, doing it in the morning (rather than the end of the day) had more of an impact on me as it put me in a better headspace first thing in the morning… that is if I remembered to do it. 🙂
