If I exercise or not; what I eat (choose healthy or not); what time I go to bed; time spent with kids vs watching tv; what I wear!; if i feel like doing chores or being lazy or having fun; if i want to shower today or not; if i feel like reading or doing a crossword instead; if I speed or drive slow. Okay, I feel like there should be more things, but this is all I can think of….. kind of depressing me now.
This is awesome!!! This is a great start. This exercise is hard to do because we never think about we can control – we focus more on what we can’t control. As you go through your day, I’m sure a lot more things will pop in your head. Would love for you to come back and add in other things that you think of as the day goes on.
